- Manage Renewals: Oversee the renewal process for assigned commercial clients, including scheduling renewals, obtaining necessary documentation, and reviewing quotes.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met with the best possible solutions.
- Collaboration: Work with producers and underwriters to compile submissions for new business, ensuring smooth communication and accurate documentation.
- Policy Review: Evaluate and review clients' policy terms, conditions, and coverage to align with their needs and best practices.
- Cross-Selling & Up-Selling: Identify opportunities to offer additional coverage or insurance products based on client needs and gaps in coverage.
- Multitasking: Handle day-to-day client inquiries and administrative tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Team Support: Assist and cross-train with other departments as necessary, ensuring efficient operations across the agency.

- Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent. Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field preferred.
- Licensing: Active P&C license is required.
- Experience: 2-3 years of experience in commercial lines insurance, ideally in account management or service role.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of commercial insurance policies, including general liability, property, workers' compensation, auto, and professional liability.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills (both verbal and written).
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Highly organized with and keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in insurance management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with a team.
